We want your online ordering experience to be pleasant and we want you to know that we guarantee our products 100%. We will accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. The apparel must be in original and unworn condition, with our tags still attached.

How does Simple Returns work?

• Fill out a Simple Return Form. You can get the form as a JPEG here or as a PDF here.
• Package the garments securely and place the Simple Return Form in the package. Keep a copy for your records. Use the shipping label that appears on the Simple Return Form.
• You can use any service you want to return the items but we suggest you use a traceable means for your own protection.
• When we receive the merchandise, we’ll verify its contents and confirm that it is unworn and in original condition.
• Once inspected, we will issue a credit to you in the means in which you paid for the merchandise, typically in 3 to 5 business days.

What if I want to exchange the merchandise?

• •No worries. For exchanges involving items of equal or lesser value than your original purchase, we will ship the new item(s) back to you with no additional shipping or handling charges.
